Discover a World of Exotic Flora

 

Our diverse gardens are organized into five distinct greenhouses. Each features a unique climate that allows the Conservatory to house plants from all over the world.

The Gift Shop

 

A trip to the Conservatory is not complete without a stop in the Gift Shop. Featuring plants grown in our very own greenhouses and our Charm City sister, the Cylburn Arboretum. In addition, you will find stickers from local artists, gardening accoutrements, and botanical books.

We offer a docent-led tour and a range of programs for all ages that your group can enjoy.

Directions

The Conservatory is located off I-83, exit 7, near the Maryland Zoo. We are in Druid Hill Park, near the intersection of McCulloh Street and Gwynns Falls Parkway.

By Car

From North I-695

From the north—From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway), take exit to I-83 south, exit 7, Druid Park Lake Drive. Follow Druid Park Lake Drive until it merges into McCulloh Street and look for signs for Baltimore Zoo. Turn right into Druid Hill Park at Gwynns Falls Parkway (5th traffic light). Turn right immediately after entering the Park. The Conservatory is on the left.

From South I-295

From the south—From I-295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway), drive directly into downtown Baltimore.  Turn right onto Pratt Street and then left onto Gay Street.  Stay to your left on Gay Street and take left lane exit onto I-83N. Take exit #7 and follow Druid Park Lake Drive until it merges into McCulloh Street.  Turn right into Druid Hill Park from Gwynns Falls Parkway (5th traffic light).  Turn right immediately after entering the Park.  The Conservatory is on the left.
